Brazilian singer, songwriter, producer, guitarist, and educator Artur Menezes blends rock, blues, funk, and jazz in his music. Hailed as one of the "Top 25 New Blues Guitarists" by Guitar Player Magazine, he earned honors such as Blues Foundation’s Gibson/Albert King Award for "Best Guitarist," performed at Eric Clapton’s Crossroads Guitar Festival, performed at the 2024 and 2025 Jimi Hendrix Experience Tours, opened for Buddy Guy, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Eric Gales, and Christone "Kingfish" Ingram, and had his own TEDx talk! He teaches guitar at the Musicians Institute in Hollywood, CA, offers online courses and masterclasses through TrueFire, JamPlay, JTC, Pickup Music, and his own Online Courses, which are released exclusively in Brazil.
His latest release, "Til It’s Done (Tutu)," originally by D'Angelo and The Vanguard, is his second release off of his upcoming EP, covered, vol. i, in addition to "I Got Mine" originally by The Black Keys.

In the words of Artur Menezes: "This is my version of D’Angelo’s 'Till It’s Done (Tutu),” with a tighter funk-rock groove and a lot of fuzz guitar. It’s the second release from my upcoming EP, covered, vol. i, after my take on “I Got Mine” by The Black Keys. We recorded it in the studio with a focus on feel and groove. I’ve always been a big fan of D’Angelo, and the message in this song really stuck with me. So I felt like I had to do my own version."
